"I used to have a CSR in my home office. She would usually work 9-4. Out of those 7 hours a day, going to great lengths to find her things to do and answering the phone, She still would only actually work maybe 3-4 hours. It was frustrating coming in to the office to find her doing things other than work. But all of her work was done, she was just sitting there waiting for the phone to ring. It’s been a pleasure working with your company, our phones have never been answered after hours before (unless of course I was doing the answering) and it has been a benefit to our bottom line. If you are looking for an answering service then VOS is NOT for you. They are not an answering service. ...You don’t know you are talking with a call center. Customers believe they are talking with someone in your office. The customer service reps’ primary goal is to get you appointments. They can answer many questions but their goal is to get you in front of the customer in the customer’s home. They enter the appointments into Camelot and you can see the activity on your computer at your home/office. Depending on your arrangement you can print your daily schedule, as well as many other reports on your computer.

If you want to concentrate on seeing prospects and working on some jobs without being interrupted on the jobsite then you should consider VOS. I’m pleased with the results I’ve had in the last two years."
